The playground scene: boys pretending to shoot fire from their hands, protecting the castle (their sister lives in) then running to jump on their bike and razor to further demolish the enemy. As I was watching them I thought about how much joy I get from my kids enjoy life through a simple thing like playing at the playground.
The truth is God feels the same way about us. He delights in me finding enjoyment in the life He has given me. When I enjoy my kids having fun at the park, I am bringing pleasure to the God who gave me those kids.
Also that everyone should eat and drink and take pleasure in all his toil – This is God’s gift to man.
